Lead enterprise integrations at UBC with deep technical expertise, team leadership, and direction across complex information systems and projects. As Applications Technical Lead, you provide senior technical leadership within Enterprise Automation and Service Delivery. You guide integration design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support across UBC’s ecosystem of more than 300 integrations and applications. The work includes projects, enhancements, defect resolution, production support, and complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct integration solution design, development, implementation, and guidance
- Review code and technical documentation for quality
- Lead migration, deployment, testing, and quality assurance approaches




- Manage Jira and ServiceNow assignments, resolution, and service levels
- Develop technology roadmaps, strategies, and technical delivery plans

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum nine years of related experience
- Technical expertise in a highly specialized area
- Experience with integration systems and processes
