Lead Docker’s Secure Build and SCS Services teams remotely, using technical judgment across backend systems, infrastructure, and security. This Engineering Manager role oversees two teams serving Docker Build Cloud, Docker Scout, and Docker Hardened Images. You will guide delivery, team health, growth, and operational excellence across separate technical domains. The work requires leadership across distributed systems, event-driven workflows, cloud infrastructure, production operations, and software supply-chain security.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Secure Build and SCS Services across delivery, growth, and operational excellence
- Turn two roadmaps into coherent priorities, capacity plans, and trade-offs
- Partner with Product on secure build and Scout strategy
- Stay involved through design reviews, incidents,



and selective hands-on contribution
- Own interfaces, trust boundaries, contracts, and shared operational responsibilities

Requirements:
- 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Robust backend and distributed-systems judgment
- Experience with production infrastructure, on-call, incidents, and observability
