This full-time leadership position oversees a large community care operation across operational and clinical areas. You will advance continuous improvement, business transformation, exceptional experience delivery, and organizational effectiveness. The work includes supporting teams, customers, employees, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize service delivery, people, and processes through continuous improvement
- Set a customer service vision for ParaMed across the district
- Monitor clinical, financial, operational, quality, and contractual indicators
- Analyze trends and implement actions improving client and employee experiences




- Develop health network relationships and coordinate regional expansion

Requirements:
- Seven to ten years of progressive management experience
- Experience managing in a multi-site setting preferred
- Ability to drive operational improvements and solve problems
- Knowledge of operations, service delivery, finance, and human resources
