Lead Ottawa real estate acquisitions with Broccolini, applying sharp deal instincts and underwriting expertise across land and investment opportunities. As Director of Real Estate, you will represent Broccolini within Ottawa’s brokerage community and beyond. You will create value through disciplined acquisitions, timely dispositions, and strategic leasing. The role requires market knowledge, financial acumen, relationship building, and strong negotiation skills while supporting senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, underwrite, and execute land investment opportunities
- Assess incoming opportunities against Broccolini’s investment criteria
- Negotiate LOIs and PSAs with Legal and Finance
- Manage due diligence with internal and external stakeholders




- Build Broccolini’s Ottawa brokerage network and market presence

Requirements:
- University degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ real estate experience focused on acquisitions or development
- Established Ottawa brokerage and investment community network
- Solid financial acumen and underwriting experience
