Lead TD’s Transaction Banking technology portfolio in Toronto, directing strategy, delivery, financial management, and executive governance across digital channels, ledger, and payments. As Head of Technology Portfolio Management, you will translate business and technology strategy into a prioritized, funded, executable portfolio. You will oversee concurrent transformation programs, including Tier 1 initiatives, while coordinating dependencies across digital channels, ledger, payments, and enterprise platforms. The mandate includes benefits realization, risk and control oversight, and senior talent leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Define integrated Transaction Banking technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps
- Oversee delivery performance across programs, projects, and agile teams
- Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, variances, vendors, and advantages
- Operate governance, executive reporting, escalation,



and control mechanisms
- Lead senior program managers, project managers, and portfolio specialists

Requirements:
- 15+ years leading financial-services technology, portfolios, programs, or transformations
- Experience overseeing complex portfolios, Tier 1 initiatives, and major investments
- Knowledge of payments, cash management, ledgers, APIs, cloud, and modernization
- Experience with financial management, planning, governance, and executive reporting
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline; advanced credentials preferred Shape TD’s Transaction Banking technology agenda through portfolio strategy, integrated delivery, financial discipline, and executive leadership in Toronto.
