Lead cybersecurity incidents at Arctic Wolf using technical investigation and live incident command. This role supports global security operations from detection through resolution. The Level 1 Incident Commander independently manages routine incidents, including Sev1 and Sev2 events. You will coordinate response teams, investigate with Kibana, Grafana, and Unix tools, and publish templated updates. The work also includes documenting timelines, facilitating postmortems, and driving action items to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Command Sev1 through Sev4 incidents through technical resolution
- Assemble responders and lead Zoom bridges and incident channels
- Investigate probable causes using Kibana, Grafana, and Unix tools




- Publish templated status updates and document incident timelines
- Facilitate postmortems and drive resulting actions to closure

Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of IT support, NOC, or incident experience
- Technical degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience
- Working knowledge of Jira, Zendesk, Statuspage, Kibana, and Grafana
- Working Unix command line proficiency
- Interest in networking, systems operations, or cybersecurity Bring structured troubleshooting, decisive command, and explicit incident communication to Arctic Wolf’s cybersecurity operations team.
