About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through a significant period of transformation, growth, and renewal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to drive membership and revenue growth, redefine the organization's value proposition, and develop innovative products and services. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong business acumen, a proven track record in leading complex organizations, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture. The CEO will also be tasked with strengthening the company's relationships and influence with various stakeholders,
including members, governments, regulators, and the business community, while effectively representing the profession and enhancing the brand.
The ideal CEO for the company will be a results-oriented executive with experience in driving revenue growth and creating compelling value propositions. They must possess robust business and financial acumen, exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence among a diverse range of stakeholders. A CPA designation is required, and bilingualism in English and French is considered a significant asset. The role demands a leader with strong governance acumen and the public presence necessary to represent the profession and strengthen the company's national voice. Previous experience as a President or CEO is highly desirable, and the candidate should be adept at accelerating innovation, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability and impact.
