As Deployment Strategist Lead, you will drive customer implementations from sales handoff through launch and stabilization. You will translate customer goals into requirements, workflows, metrics, and rollout plans while coordinating Product, Engineering, operations, training teams, and client stakeholders. The role supports EliseAI’s Future Platforms team as it scales repeatable deployment systems.
Key Responsibilities: Own customer deployments through launch and post-launch stabilization
Translate goals into requirements, workflows, metrics, and rollout plans
Coordinate concurrent deployments, stakeholders, risks, and launch readiness
Drive configuration, data migration, launch, and product adoption




Turn engagement lessons into scalable processes and templates
Requirements: Five to eight years managing enterprise implementations or technology transformations
Track record taking enterprise deployments live through complex obstacles
Robust technical intuition through STEM education or equivalent background
Ability to manage complex client-facing projects independently
Willingness to travel twice monthly and work onsite four to five days weekly
Apply enterprise delivery leadership, technical judgment, and stakeholder influence to build successful EliseAI platform deployments.
