Fastly seeks a Senior SaaS Operations Engineer to make enterprise AI helpful, controlled, and secure for employees. You will administer Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini with identity integration, access controls, and license management. You will also review connectors with Security and Legal, create automations, and document usage guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Administer enterprise AI platforms and license management
Review AI connectors using least-privilege principles
Partner with Security and Legal on integrations
Build automations that reduce manual IT work
Research emerging AI tools and technologies
Requirements: Hands-on enterprise AI deployment or administration experience
Experience with identity integration and data-handling controls
Strong cloud IT environment and Okta knowledge
