Winchesters is recruiting a Head of Finance to work across corporate and investment entities. The position combines transaction implementation, documentation, compliance, and adviser coordination. It also covers tax, treasury, budgets, forecasts, cash flow models, and investment performance reporting.

Requirements: CPA or equivalent with Big Four or comparable training
Degree in business or finance
Five years of post-qualification industry experience
Experience with investments and tax
Ability to manage priorities and senior stakeholder relationships
Use CPA credentials, reporting expertise, and operational judgment to coordinate investment finance across entities and external advisers.
