You will evaluate partner performance, portfolio requirements, channel economics, inventory, margin, and customer segments. Collaboration spans SMB BU, Channel leadership, Alliances, Marketing, Product, and Business Activation teams to translate aligned strategies into geo-ready programs.
Key Responsibilities: Set route-to-market priorities across worldwide indirect channels
Analyze sell-in, sell-through, inventory, margin, share, and configurations
Identify partner capability, assortment, pricing, supply, and readiness gaps




Define channel requirements, priorities, metrics, and enablement needs
Improve execution using partner feedback and business performance
Requirements: Five-plus years in route-to-market or indirect sales
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Commercial understanding of channel margin and route economics
Ability to convert performance data into commercial action
Experience across global and regional matrixed teams
Apply route economics, performance analysis, and channel planning to strengthen Lenovo Workstation execution across partner markets.
