This senior quality leader oversees assurance activities, compliance, and quality culture within NEOTech’s Aerospace and Defense segment. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, customers, and regulators. The position includes product validation, FMEA and PFMEA guidance, statistical process control, audits, and corrective action oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure products and processes meet customer, government, and industry standards
Coordinate regulatory, customer, internal, and third-party audits
Establish checkpoints for new products and processes




Investigate in-house quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Maintain compliance knowledge, audit reports, schedules, and budgets
Requirements: Solid knowledge of electronics manufacturing validation
Experience managing AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 13485, and customer audits
Thorough knowledge of FAA and other regulations
Ability to manage priorities, projects, deadlines, and workflows
Excellent executive communication with customers and auditors
Apply regulatory knowledge, audit leadership, product validation, and statistical analysis to advance Aerospace and Defense quality performance.
