Design high-speed interfaces and analog circuits at NVIDIA, working with NVLINK technology and data rates reaching 25Gbps and higher.
As a senior engineer, you will contribute to the mixed-signal design team building next-generation NVLINK. Your work spans architecture, transistor design, schematic development, layout guidance, verification, and silicon characterization. The position supports NVIDIA product lines including consumer graphics, self-driving cars, and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities: Develop high-speed interfaces and analog circuits
Define requirements and complete circuit design
Design deep-submicron CMOS schematics using Spectre or Hspice
Own architecture, transistor design, and verification
Support post-silicon bring-up and debugging
Requirements: Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum five years of industry analog design experience
Deep-submicron CMOS analog or mixed-signal design experience
Experience with Cadence, Spectre, HSpice, Finesim, or XA
Solid debugging, analytical, and analog simulation skills
Apply mixed-signal design, verification, and characterization expertise to advance NVIDIA NVLINK high-speed interface technology.
