Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager

? HIRING | Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager

? **Location:* Hybrid, Toronto

? Experience: 10+ Years | Contract / Full-Time

? Global / Managed Services Environment

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager to lead large-scale global transitions from incumbent MSPs to new service providers.

? Must Have:

- 5+ years leading large-scale MSP transitions
- Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Data Center, Service Desk & Security operations knowledge
- Experience with major global MSPs and multi-country 24x7 environments
- Robust executive stakeholder & steering committee management
- ServiceNow / CMDB / Monitoring & Observability experience preferred
