Support Lucky Lake growers with soil science, crop production, and plant health expertise as an Agronomist for Simplot Canada.

This Agronomist supports customers and location employees with agronomy services and product recommendations. The work emphasizes soil management, plant health, crop scouting, and field support. You will coordinate with location managers, account managers, Agronomy Leads, other Agronomists, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technically sound agronomy services to retail locations
- Advise customers on soil management and plant health
- Support field research, agPROVE trials, and demonstrations
- Coordinate tours, meetings, events, and marketing tasks
- Assist product movement, loading, unloading, and busy-season operations

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree emphasizing soil science, plant science, or crop production
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Past agriculture industry experience valued
- Desire for P. Ag or A.T designation required
- Ability to perform crop scouting and soil sampling
