The Inside Automation National Proposal Specialist supports Specialist and Sales teams with Rockwell Automation and partner products. You will provide technical recommendations in electrical, electronics, and instrumentation fields. The position focuses on automation solutions, quotations, customer relationships, and order follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Specialist and Sales teams with Rockwell Automation products
- Recommend solutions for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation customers
- Develop customer relationships and support automation solution selection
- Obtain orders and quotation requests through Dynamics 365
- Follow up quotations and maintain the backorder report
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control systems experience preferred
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products highly preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and customer-needs understanding
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and travel abilities
