Lead environmental health, safety and quality programs at DCM’s Calgary operation in an onsite, full time permanent Supervisor position. Apply ISO 9001 expertise across production operations.

As Supervisor, Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality, you will support compliance and performance with site leadership, associates and DCM’s corporate EHSQ team. The hands-on work covers workplace safety, environmental programs, quality systems, certifications and physical site security. You will oversee management systems while providing practical production-floor support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain environmental, health and safety programs meeting Alberta and DCM standards
- Lead investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions
- Maintain ISO 9001 quality processes and resolve nonconformances
- Prepare internal,



customer and certification audits
- Oversee access controls, cameras, visitors and security vendors

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in health, safety, environmental science or quality
- Three to five years in manufacturing or multi-site production
- Strong ISO 9001 knowledge; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 familiarity beneficial
- Knowledge of Alberta safety, environmental and workers’ compensation requirements
- Robust organizational, communication, training and collaboration skills
