Support Rockwell Automation proposals from Westburne in Burnaby, BC, using technical expertise and customer service for national customers. This is a full-time position.
As an Inside Automation Proposal Specialist, you will promote and support Rockwell Automation and partner products. You will provide recommendations across electrical, electronics, and instrumentation fields. The position focuses on customer relationships, quotations, orders, and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support specialist and sales teams with automation products
- Provide technical recommendations to national customers
- Develop customer relationships and identify suitable solutions
- Process quotation requests through Dynamics 365 and telephone calls
- Follow up quotations and maintain backorder reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation engineering
- Industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control systems experience
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products highly preferred
- Solid technical aptitude, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and travel
