As a Retail Store Manager, also called a Store Leader, you will oversee store performance and lead assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisors. You will coach employees, manage revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety, and operational expenses. The role supports an inclusive learning culture and robust sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the Best Buy store
- Lead assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisors
- Coach and develop employees to serve customers effectively
- Monitor revenue, merchandising, inventory, and health and safety
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss

Requirements:

- Five or more years of retail store management experience
- Five or more years leading at least fifty employees
- Experience managing a thirty million dollar big box store
- Experience reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Ability to commute among assigned Fraser Valley locations
