mode40 seeks a Product Owner for the Singularity platform, working with product leadership, developers, business analysts, and implementation teams. You will clarify what gets built, why it matters, and how success is understood. The work spans customer workflows, business priorities, technical dependencies, and delivery effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product direction into a prioritized software backlog
- Understand customer workflows, problems, and desired outcomes
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Balance customer value, usability, dependencies, and delivery effort
- Review functionality against requirements and intended outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience owning a software product backlog through delivery
- Ability to turn ambiguity into actionable requirements
- Understanding of software development and iterative delivery
- Confidence making tradeoffs and explaining decisions
- Ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders
