As Small Business Manager, you will independently manage 200 to 400 business members under Regional Manager guidance. Your work centers on portfolio and risk management, with additional business development responsibilities. Apply lending, financial analysis, credit monitoring, compliance, and relationship-building skills to support deposits, borrowing, and commercial services. The position is full time and temporary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of 200 to 400 business members
- Complete annual credit reviews and monitor banking activities
- Manage commercial loans, mortgages, security, and documentation




- Prepare credit applications and conduct financial analysis
- Expand relationships through cross sales and referrals

Requirements:

- Four to six years of job-related experience
- Financial services experience involving lending and commercial banking
- Experience with portfolio management and business development
- Knowledge of commercial credit, deposits, and cash management
- Basic financial statement and accounting principles knowledge
