Own Tomlinson’s corporate events program in Ottawa, combining event planning, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site leadership. Travel across Eastern Ontario as required.

Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Supervisor, the Events Lead manages internal, customer, trade, and community events. You will oversee the annual calendar, lead the events committee, and support corporate marketing programs. The position requires ownership from concept through evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute events for 10 to more than 500 attendees
- Manage concurrent timelines, budgets, vendors, and deliverables
- Lead setup, guest experience, coordination, and teardown on site
- Prepare event plans, collateral, registrations, and communications




- Report results and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ event planning and execution experience
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and multiple suppliers
- Solid project management and independent decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Valid driver’s license and Eastern Ontario travel availability
