Build LEAP’s digital presence as a Social Media Manager in downtown Toronto, combining strategic storytelling with hands-on channel execution. This hybrid contract requires three office days weekly.

Reporting to the CEO and Director of Marketing, you will manage social strategy recommendations, content planning, publishing, and reporting. You will support brand awareness and customer acquisition through platform-specific storytelling, editorial calendars, testing, and performance analysis. The role is a full-time, one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop social narratives supporting awareness and acquisition goals
- Build editorial calendars for launches, priorities, and events
- Create and publish content across agreed social channels
- Test messaging, formats, timing,



creative, and calls to action
- Report performance across engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

- Five years of experience in a similar role
- Established-brand social media management experience
- Robust strategic storytelling and campaign execution background
- Hands-on expertise with Hootsuite, Bitly, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
- Strong writing, editing, video, and Canva design skills
