Translate complex business needs into practical solutions as an Enterprise ETRM Business Analyst supporting critical energy trading applications. Apply systems analysis and stakeholder communication.

This regular, full time position supports Enbridge’s Enterprise Marketing and Risk Management systems team. You will provide application support, demand management, and delivery coordination across business-critical energy trading and risk management applications. The work includes client-facing analysis, enterprise ETRM processes, and business relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture, clarify, document, and validate stakeholder ideas and requirements
- Assess demand, business value, urgency, priorities, and delivery forecasts
- Support incidents, users, access, reporting, testing, and follow-up




- Coordinate production delivery with project teams and vendors
- Monitor satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Five or more years of progressive technology experience
- Exposure to Energy Trading and Risk Management systems
- Understanding of IT operations and enterprise systems support
- Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and communication skills
