Westburne seeks an Inside Automation Proposal Specialist to support specialists and sales teams. The full-time role serves national customers across electrical, electronics, and instrumentation fields. You will develop customer relationships, recommend automation solutions, and manage quotation follow-up through Dynamics 365, telephone calls, and inside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support specialists and sales teams with Rockwell Automation products
- Recommend solutions for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation customers
- Develop relationships and assist with automation solution selection
- Obtain orders and quotation requests through Dynamics 365
- Follow up quotations and maintain the backorder report
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Industrial automation, electrical distribution, or control systems experience
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products highly preferred
- Robust technical aptitude and customer-needs understanding
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and travel ability
