As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will own revenue targets, forecasts, reporting, and sales compensation. You will lead Revenue Operations and an FP&A; analyst while partnering with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance. This expanded leadership role connects revenue data with decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set bookings, ARR, and revenue targets with cross-functional partners
- Lead company-wide revenue forecast cycles and scenario analysis
- Build models linking pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion




- Deliver executive dashboards and standardized revenue reporting
- Lead Revenue Operations and FP&A; team development

Requirements:

- 8+ years in FP&A;, revenue operations, or sales finance
- 3+ years leading people
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience
- Experience with commission tools such as CaptivateIQ or Xactly
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
