As Senior Client Education Manager, you will shape education for Benevity’s corporate social responsibility software solutions. The work combines adult learning theory, design thinking, content architecture, and learning platform optimization. You will improve how clients learn, adopt, use, and engage with the platform throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead personalized client enablement strategy across the client journey
- Design content architecture by persona and lifecycle stage
- Integrate generative AI into content creation and delivery
- Deliver workshops and webinars for diverse client audiences
- Evaluate programs using metrics, usage data, and feedback
Requirements:
- Seven or more years in B2B SaaS client training
- Experience leading large-scale client education programs
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and design thinking
- Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, or similar tools
- Robust communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
