As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account. Manage projects from initiation through completion while supporting strategic business objectives. Apply project management expertise across scope, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, milestones, and quality controls
- Conduct proposals, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations
- Track progress, status, variances, and project risks
- Direct delivery teams and explain sensitive information
