Lead portfolio governance and transformation for Manulife’s Canada Segment in a hybrid Toronto role, using analytical judgment and executive communication.

The Director, Strategy & Transformation, will strengthen investment prioritization, oversight, and delivery discipline. This senior role partners with Finance, business leaders, and functional teams to align resources with strategic priorities. It also supports enterprise exercises and executive decision-making through transparent insights, recommendations, and narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evolve portfolio governance, prioritization, planning, and delivery oversight
- Build next-generation transformation and broader PMO capabilities
- Assess investments, challenge business cases, and align resources
- Provide portfolio insights, trade-offs,

- Surface risks and dependencies while strengthening accountability

Requirements:

- 10+ years in transformation, governance, strategy, or portfolio management
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Business judgment to assess cases, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Ability to translate complex information into executive recommendations
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
