This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to shape recruiting strategies, modernize hiring practices, and build a high-performing talent acquisition function. You will collaborate closely with operational leaders and business stakeholders to align workforce planning with organizational objectives. By leveraging data analytics, cutting-edge sourcing techniques, and modern recruiting technologies, you will improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. You will also lead and develop a team of two direct reports while overseeing external recruitment partners.
