Bring strong news judgment and storytelling skills to Global News as a full-time Digital Broadcast Journalist in Saint John, onsite. Cover Current Brunswick with clear, timely reporting across television and digital platforms.

This early-career journalism position reports to the News Manager and supports the News at 6 team. You will cover breaking news, enterprise stories, and in-depth reporting for Saint John and surrounding New Brunswick communities. The work includes newsroom collaboration and independent assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pitch, research, and develop original local story ideas
- Shoot, write, voice, and edit television news stories
- Produce and publish content across digital platforms
- Deliver live field coverage of breaking news




- Build reliable sources through community engagement

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in journalism, broadcasting, or related studies
- Approximately two years of television news reporting experience
- Experience with ENG cameras or mobile journalism tools
- Proficiency in non-linear editing systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Use reporting, editing, live broadcasting, and digital journalism skills to serve Global News audiences throughout Saint John and New Brunswick.
