As a Commercial Specialist in CGIC’s Quebec Region, you will grow current client relationships and expand the commercial portfolio. You will identify business-market prospects, service clients, assess risks, and present insurance solutions. Your work supports sales, profitability, and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to build sales pipelines
- Develop marketing plans promoting commercial insurance offerings
- Complete risk assessments and commercial inspections
- Review client goals and recommend coverage solutions
- Resolve inquiries and escalate complaints when required

Requirements:

- Hold a property and casualty insurance license
- Bring one year of sales experience
- Have required business development experience
- Communicate primarily with francophone clients in French
- Demonstrate communication and critical thinking skills

Use French communication, business development, and risk assessment skills to expand CGIC’s commercial insurance portfolio across Quebec.
