The Role,Your Impact:Reporting to theDirector, Costing & Inventory,you will contribute to the following keychallenges:· Analyze and interpretproduction costs to identify variances andopportunities to improve business performance.·Prepare strategic financial analysesand recommendations that support operational efficiency andprofitability.· Develop andmonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to providemeaningful insights and supportdecision-making.· Build financialmodels and forecast scenarios to support planningand business objectives.· Act as abusiness partner to operational teams by helpingdrive continuous improvement in cost management, inventory control,and business processes.What YouBring to the Role:




- Education: Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield.
- Experience:Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in financialanalysis, ideally within a manufacturingenvironment.
- Skills: Strong financial analysis andmodeling capabilities, critical thinking, attention to detail,business acumen, and the ability to build effective relationshipswith stakeholders across theorganization.
