Coordinate retail facilities operations for Indigo on a 12-month contract, using vendor collaboration and project management expertise. Work full time afternoons from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

As Retail Facilities Coordinator, you will support assigned stores and service specialties through facilities tickets, repairs, projects, and rollouts. The position requires facility maintenance knowledge, budget management, invoice reconciliation, and health, safety, and environmental awareness. You will communicate with store leadership, contractors, property managers, and cross-functional partners while minimizing business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage facilities help tickets within appropriate time frames
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, repairs, projects, and rollouts
- Communicate schedules, updates,



and resolutions to store leadership
- Audit facilities invoices and coordinate timely payment
- Create maintenance plans for new and renovated stores

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of retail or retail-support experience
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, repairs, and project management
- Experience managing expenses, budgets, vendors, and invoices
- Microsoft 365 and facilities software proficiency
- Availability for rotational on-call nights and weekends
