Use bilingual French expertise in remote clinical intake and triage for ComPsych clients across Canada. Provide immediate support for emotional, behavioral, and wellness concerns. As a Guidance Consultant, you will support clients through behavioral, emotional health, family, and wellness issues. The position requires empathy, critical thinking, and qualified customer service. Conduct telephone clinical intakes and address client concerns Document cases accurately within ComPsych’s proprietary database Fluency in French and English is required Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or behavioral health Clinical assessment experience in mental health, dependency, and crisis stabilization Apply clinical expertise, bilingual communication, and crisis assessment skills as a remote Guidance Consultant supporting ComPsych clients. #
