Lead the creation and revision of marketing materials (brochures, spec sheets, manuals, product assets). Take full ownership of photoshoots and videoshoots – including planning, scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, cross-functional coordination, and internal approvals. Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and internal departments to bring marketing requests to execution efficiently and professionally. Contract & Commercial Management Manage the complete contract lifecycle – from initial receipt and review through redlining, negotiation coordination, submission, and final execution.



Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously. ~ Ability to take direction, receive feedback constructively, and execute independently with minimal supervision. ~ Demonstrated passion for learning about new products and the ability to quickly absorb technical product knowledge. ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Experience supporting or leading product launches from planning through execution. Experience reviewing or coordinating contracts, RFPs, or commercial documentation. Strong technical aptitude and comfort working within corporate software environments (Microsoft 365, shared drives, project management tools, internal systems).
