Lead requirements and testing for Bally’s Intralot’s OLG implementation program, connecting stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical resources across Ontario.
This Business Analyst supports customer-facing technology implementation from requirements through production transition. You will facilitate workshops, document functional needs, coordinate testing, and validate delivered solutions. The work requires solid stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and systems integration understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and validate OLG business requirements
- Develop requirements documents, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Create test plans, scenarios, and test cases
- Track defects and coordinate successful remediation
- Support deployment planning and operational transition activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in business analysis, quality assurance, or related disciplines
- Experience with large-scale customer-facing technology implementations
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and test execution
- Valid Canadian employment eligibility and required screenings
