- $26.00 CAD per hour This is a newly created permanent position Aspire Lifestyles delivers premium loyalty and customer service solutions for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Our agents play a key role in ensuring customers receive responsive, professional support while representing our clients with care and attention to detail. We are seeking highly skilled Bilingual Travel Customer Service Representatives who have GDS experience and are TICO certified to support global client programs and deliver world-class service to high-value customers. and planning complex travel itineraries Strong geographical knowledge and genuine passion for travel A passion for helping customers and solving problems Comfort working in a quick-paced, performance-driven environment Must possess relevant Travel Industry Certification in accordance with local requirements Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued Minimum of 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience Minimum of 2 years of interactive customer service experience Call center (1+ year) or high-volume service experience preferred Personal global travel experience is an asset Language

Requirements:
French Cantonese Language placement may vary depending on the client program supported. Flexibility to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays Have a private work-from-home environment with reliable hardwired internet High school diploma or equivalent is required.
