The Calgary Chinese Elderly Citizens’ Association seeks an experienced Human Resources Lead with labour relations expertise. You will advise leadership, represent the employer in union matters, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, training, and organizational development. The position also supports compliant HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR and labour relations activities
- Represent the employer in union matters
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance appraisals
- Administer payroll and employee benefits
- Develop compliant HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in human resources or related field
- At least four years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in a unionized workplace
- Knowledge of Alberta employment legislation
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
