Apply clinical review, Kroll expertise, and patient counselling as a Pharmacist with Sentrex Health Solutions, working four days onsite and one virtually.
This Pharmacist supports specialty pharmacy operations for clinics, patients, and healthcare professionals. The position includes prescription verification, medication dispensing, sterile compounding, billing, and drug-related problem resolution. You will also manage inventory, support pharmacy workflows, and communicate with clinic staff, nurses, physicians, insurers, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, adapt, renew, fill, and check prescriptions
- Counsel patients and resolve drug-related problems
- Dispense medications and prepare orders for delivery
- Process Kroll billing and coordinate insurance documentation
- Manage inventory, sterile compounding, and pharmacy team guidance
Requirements:
- Provincially registered and licensed Pharmacist with RPh designation
- One to two years of Pharmacist experience preferred
- Required experience using Kroll pharmacy software
- Knowledge of specialty medications and third-party billing
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
