This co-op supports Sonnet's Augmented Digital Sales Strategy through operational performance monitoring. You will develop scorecards, analyze moderately complex datasets, and communicate insights to leadership and business stakeholders. The placement suits students in actuarial sciences, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain operational performance scorecards and KPIs
- Produce reporting, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements
- Reconcile reports and scorecards to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Optimize reporting tools, analysis capabilities, efficiency, and insight levels
- Conduct root-cause analysis of performance drivers and opportunities
Requirements:
- Remain enrolled in a relevant university degree through April 2027
- Use Excel, VBA, pivot tables, and report-building tools efficiently
- Analyze datasets, evaluate alternatives, and make creative recommendations
- Demonstrate robust problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
- Previous similar or relevant experience is an asset
