This Senior Oracle HCM Consultant delivers technical solutions for HR and payroll systems within The City of Red Deer. The position translates approved requirements into configurations, integrations, reporting, and data solutions. It also supports Canadian compliance obligations, system sustainability, and internal capability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze requirements and recommend Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Configure modules, workflows, security, notifications, and system settings
- Develop integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM Extracts
- Lead data migrations, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities
- Coordinate testing,



defect resolution, training, and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computing science, information systems, or related discipline
- Oracle HCM certification
- At least five years using Oracle Cloud HCM technical tools
- Experience across two end-to-end implementations including Canadian scope
- Expertise with HDL, HCM Extracts, web services, and OIC patterns
