Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate food service staff. Train, coach, and support employees. Ensure food quality, portion control, and customer satisfaction. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Schedule staff and monitor daily operations. Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering. Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues.



Assist with cost control and operational reporting. Qualifications ~ High school diploma or equivalent. ~2+ years of food service experience; supervisory experience preferred. ~ Food Safety Certification required or willingness to obtain. ~ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.
