This Operations Technician – Electrician role supports manufacturing equipment through advanced installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair. You will work with motors, transformers, power distribution, sensors, alarms, safety devices, and electronic control systems. The position also involves preventative maintenance, technical documentation, and corrective actions that minimize unplanned downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain motors, transformers, wiring, switches, and sensors
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings




- Test systems for safe, productive, code-compliant operation
- Record work orders and equipment history in CMMS/EAM

Requirements:

- Industrial electrical systems and motor control knowledge
- Electrical schematic and technical manual interpretation proficiency
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of electrical safety practices and applicable codes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
