This ministry emphasizes transparent Scripture teaching, practical application, prayer, and collaborative leadership. The pastor equips others for ministry while serving the community of Landmark.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preach and teach Scripture clearly with practical application
- Lead worship, prayer, and congregational spiritual growth
- Provide pastoral care during illness, crisis, and grief
- Strengthen discipleship, evangelism, and community outreach
- Develop volunteers, mentors,



and emerging ministry leaders

Requirements:

- Spiritual maturity and relational pastoral leadership
- Gifted preacher, teacher, compassionate shepherd, and collaborative leader
- Appropriate theological training and ministry experience
- Affirmation of Prairie Rose's Statement of Faith
- Ordination or willingness to pursue Evangelical Mennonite Conference ordination
