Provide technical architecture, solution design, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization services for the Rivermine platform. The following "Solution Architecture Services" includes: #(1) Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Rivermine solutions. #(2) Design and implement platform configurations, workflows, business rules, fields, user roles, permissions, and system enhancements. #(3) Design and support integrations, data flows, interfaces, and data mappings between Rivermine and enterprise systems. #(4) Serve as the technical SME for Rivermine architecture, platform capabilities, configuration standards, and best practices. #(5) Evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility, scalability, maintainability, and downstream impacts. #(6) Troubleshoot complex platform, configuration, integration, and performance issues and support root-cause analysis. #(8) Partner with business and technical stakeholders throughout solution design, testing, implementation, and production readiness.
