As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver care according to established care plans and assignment sheets. Your work includes personal care, client observation, documentation, infection prevention, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care according to established client care plans
- Assist with bathing, feeding, positioning, and basic wound care

- Implement infection prevention and health safety practices

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent evidence
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Two supervisory references and transparent vulnerable sector screening
- Proof of negative tuberculosis testing
