You’ll work across the full building, develop pricing, analyze trade bids, identify risk, and help shape winning strategies. Two or more years of commercial/institutional construction estimating experience. Experience with a general contractor and exposure to multiple building scopes. Comfortable with take-offs, trade pricing, bid analysis, and estimate preparation. Strong Excel skills and experience with estimating software.
