You will receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls, operate CAD and radio systems, and provide pre-arrival instructions while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, computer proficiency (MS Office/Windows), a 30+ WPM typing speed, Standard First Aid & CPR Level C, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
