Diagnose heavy equipment mechanical problems with OEM tools while supporting ReadyQuip customers through field assignments and repairs. Travel may be required.

This Licensed Heavy Equipment Technician role requires mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostic aptitude. You will prepare service reports and maintain working knowledge of ReadyQuip products and systems. The position supports customer needs through repairs, service, and positive relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose mechanical problems using OEM diagnostic tools
- Prepare accurate service reports for completed work
- Undertake field assignments supporting client needs
- Complete repairs within established time guidelines
- Maintain customer relations, safety, and quality workmanship

Requirements:

- Three years of experience preferred
- Journeyman, Red Seal, or equivalent technician certification
- Basic cutting, welding, and fabrication knowledge
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical prints
- Completed post-secondary education and demonstrated computer skills
